  • Nancy Oteng’o - Project manager (Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Flutt3r Finance’s product and pilot initiatives. This role oversees timelines, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration between engineering, research, partnerships, and compliance teams. Responsibilities include defining project roadmaps, managing deliverables, tracking progress against impact and technical goals, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The project manager also coordinates stakeholder communication, integrates user and partner feedback and ensures projects remain aligned with Flutt3r’s mission, regulatory considerations and scalability objectives.)
  • Alicia Mbatha - Frontend Developer (Responsible for building and maintaining the user-facing interfaces of the Flutt3r Finance platform. This includes developing responsive, mobile-first web and app interfaces that allow users to onboard, invest, track portfolios and access credit seamlessly. The role focuses on usability, performance, and accessibility, integrating APIs, wallets, and payment systems such as mobile money. They work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver a secure, intuitive user experience aligned with Flutt3r’s goal of making capital markets simple and accessible.)
  • Caren Owino - Financier (Leads financial structuring, capital strategy, and investor-facing activities. This role designs asset-backed products, private credit structures, and investment offerings, ensuring they are commercially viable and compliant. They manage financial models, pricing, risk frameworks and partnerships with institutional investors, while supporting fundraising, grant applications and long-term sustainability planning.)
