This role coordinates cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, partnerships), manages timelines and milestones and ensures alignment with strategic goals. They track progress, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders and ensure that development, pilots and launches are delivered on time and within scope.)
Caren Owino - Financier (Leads financial structuring, capital strategy, and investor-facing activities. This role designs asset-backed products, private credit structures and investment offerings, ensuring they are commercially viable and compliant. They manage financial models, pricing, risk frameworks and partnerships with institutional investors, while supporting fundraising, grant applications and long-term sustainability planning.)
Alicia Mbatha (team lead) - Frontend Developer (Designs and builds the user-facing applications for Flutt3r Finance. This role creates intuitive, mobile-first interfaces that allow users to onboard, invest, access credit, and track performance. They translate product requirements into responsive UI components, integrate APIs and blockchain interactions, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility and usability across devices.)
